Licence to use
ModiDesk is licensed, not sold. Subject to our Terms of Service, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the ModiDesk apps. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer (except to the extent permitted by law) or create derivative works from the software except as expressly permitted.
Third-party & open-source components
ModiDesk incorporates third-party and open-source software, each provided under its own licence. Those components remain the property of their respective authors and are used in accordance with their licence terms. Applicable open-source notices and licence texts are available on request via our contact form.
Copyright complaints
If you believe content associated with ModiDesk infringes your copyright, please send a notice to ModibusTech OÜ via our contact form including: identification of the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, your contact details, and a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised. We will review and respond to valid notices.
