Licence to use
ModiDesk is licensed, not sold. Subject to our Terms of Service, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the ModiDesk apps and server. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer (except to the extent permitted by law) or create derivative works from the software except as expressly permitted.
Third-party and open-source components
ModiDesk incorporates third-party and open-source software, each provided under its own licence. Those components remain the property of their respective authors and are used in accordance with their licence terms. Applicable notices and licence texts are available on request via our contact form.
Copyright complaints
If you believe content associated with ModiDesk infringes your copyright, send a notice to ModibusTech OÜ via our contact form including identification of the work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, your contact details and a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised. We review and respond to valid notices.
