These terms govern your use of ModiDesk and the Modibus Cloud service.
Acceptance
By downloading, installing or using ModiDesk you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
ModiDesk provides secure remote desktop and remote support. The Free plan is for personal, non-commercial use; paid plans (Pro, Enterprise) are for teams and professionals as described on our pricing page.
Acceptable use
You must only access devices you own or are authorised to access. You may not use ModiDesk for unlawful activity, to gain unauthorised access to systems, or to infringe the rights of others.
Accounts & security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials and unattended-access passwords confidential and for activity under your account.
Availability
We work to keep Modibus Cloud reliable but provide the service "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance and outages may occur.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ModibusTech OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date below.
